    hi, it will eventually get replaced but i will be pretty careful with it so should last a log time. i have seen the parf 2 system, i'm not sure if it warrants getting one of those so will wait and see what CNC have to offer

    i have a 20mm recess but didnt want any holes visible from the front hence a simple french cleat and rely on the weight of the rack to keep it in place

    if its near the top and you pull the bottom away from the wall there is a lot of leverage to jack to cupboard up and off the cleat, if it was say half way down you would not be able to do this so easily. that is my thinking
