Hi I biscuit jointed and glued up some oak plank recently, clamped it overnight. 24hrs later I dropped it and 1 of the joins came apart. I used standard wood glue. Should I be using a different glue?? Thanks

Hi all Having trouble when making frames in tulip with the festool domino xl. Often the 2 pieces I'm joining aren't coming up flush on the face surface, see attached photo. Any tips? I plunge slow and steady. I've checked the fence is square, help!

Hi I'm doing a kitchen in a couple of weeks. Cabinets are standard off the shelf oak effect from howdens. I will be making frames and shaker style doors from tulip. What is the best way to attach the frames to the cabinets, ideally without seeing any fixings from the front?? Thanks Giles

Hi have just bought the metabo hc260c thicknesser/planer. When running if the bed height handle is in the east or west position the handle will slowly work its way downwards under gravity thus changing the depth of cut as the wood passes through! Anyone else had issues with this? Anyone know how...
