Look at ISO tunes. They are specifically designed for (workshop) noise cancelling and are rated against us and European standards. Have a bunch of different designs, are dust resistant too.

My Evolution Fury 5-s is kinda rubbish. For the money it's ok but there is so much play in the T track and accompanying "pusher" / mitre gauge which is not a standard size so I can't even buy a decent 3rd party one. My miters are terrible and it's just very plasticy.
