    Bosch GST 85 PBAE

    I have had the above jigsaw for some years now,I can no longer tighten the Allen nut that holds the foot in place.Someone suggested a 'helicoil insert' which would mean widening the 'stripped' threaded hole to accomodate the 'insert' then using a slightly bigger Allen nut.It certainly sounds...

    I'm not all that familiar with cordless drills etc.so I'm wondering if any of the batteries are interchangeable ie. Makita,DeWalt,etc,of the same voltage of course, just between different manufacturers?
