I would strongly disagree. Dreamweaver would be a terrible choice in my opinion - any of the other options suggested would be far superior to a Dreamweaver website.

I try to avoid the more negative posts. On the flip side I have had some amazing chats with a lot of super helpful members here, for every negative person there seems to be 10 people who are really nice and are happy to offer help and advice freely.

His stuff always seems so old fashioned. Plus he never really does much joinery, the tools do 90% of his work. I'm not a fan.
