    Ive tried all sorts, the fischer UX10 plugs that misterfish liked to are definately the best, ideally with a 5x100 screw. anything stronger like resin is pretty pointless really as it's far stronger than the substrate.

    railway sleeper workbench. wip

    Awesome bench! Re the balance issue, could you not fix it to the wall with a couple of straps or bolt it to the floor with a couple of anchors? The strap would need to be fairly strong, but the ground anchors wouldn't need to be mega strong
