I need to get some fluorescent lamps for the garage. As I use the garage as my workshop, I want it
to be as bright as possible.
Looking at the ScrewFix site, I see that the low power factor lamps only use 38W tubes, and the high
power factor lamps use 58W tubes.
The difference in price is...
I have just received the PowerCap that I won on Ebay. It's great :D
However when trying to use ear defenders, theres a problem. They don't fit :( I can only wear them if the band for the defenders is on the back of my neck which I find uncomfortable, plus they keep sliding off.

I had to give up at about 2:00pm when the temp hit 32C
The sweat was starting to get into my eyes and my fingers felt as big as bananas.
Went and did something else till 6:30pm when it cooled down to 26C
Mind you a metal roof and all the doors shut (neighbours) doesn't help

Morel of this...
After using a lot of reclaimed pine (high resin content) I was trying to remove the resin build up from all the various blades and tables etc...
I tried using the ScrewFix spray on resin cleaner, worked ok but slow on the heavily built up areas. I then used cellulose thinners, mutch better...
