I recently made an external door for a customer for a lean too on their house using dowels (basically a 2xg type door as it was a odd size) but i`m now wondering about a good way of using mortice and tenon using a router what jig/method would you suggest? Thanks Harvey

It was a freebee from Howdens so I didn`t pay for it and have never been confident of them anyway and i`m only planning on using it for measuring up for pricing rather actually using for accurate cutting , the distance in question was a 4 x 3.5 metre room

I recently got one of these and was surprised to find it`s not accurate by approx 300mm and thought these things either worked or not , any one had any similar problems?
