I'm cutting 4mm birch ply and need two sheets clamped or temporarily glued together so that the cuts match perfectly (my cutting isn't quite there to do the two pieces separately) does anyone have any suggestions on how best to do this?

Really good mod. My saw takes pinned and unpinned blades so stuck using the bloody pill looking things with the two screws to hold the blade, serious blade changing envy here!

I too used pine. I went full the full width as I'm not sure yet exactly how large a work piece I will want to work with though suspect I will trim it down a bit in the future.

Another vote here for ripping off Bern's rack. I keep mine in a roll which then is stored in a crate with other tools, having limited top space it is a pain having the thing rolled out when in use.
