I've used http://www.farnell.co.uk before,basically they are the same as RS. With Farnell you have to spend £20 to be able to make a credit card purchase as a registered individual. But it is free delivery.

I finally took the plunge, and ordered the woodford 802 on the 30th June to take advantage of the delivery rebate offer, which did amount to a sizeable 82 quid. Went through the online ordering, chose to have it delivered to work, as that was my only option for being able to sign for it...

One possible reason these UK only filters don't work, is that the actual server the USA website is on might be located in the UK. I think that the search only really narrows down where the server is based. For tax reasons alot of foreign companies like to use UK servers as they don't get taxed...

Thanks Gav for the heads up on that potential problem. Though might not be an issue, as I could always get/make some longer rails, or fit the biesemeyer clone fence system I made for my previous saw. I was considering the 804 with the biesemeyer clone. But I thought the extra £130 for a fence...
