New Combi Boiler but No Flush and No Filter?

Just looked on the BG website as I’m genuinely intrigued, I maybe wrong but do not see how you can compete the benchmark certificate without flushing the system. I’m not gas safe so not really my area but a level 2 plumber and I remember being told this on my course. Think the fitted was...

New Combi Boiler but No Flush and No Filter?

Not sure if it is still the case but flushing the system was part of commissioning the boiler, without which the manufacturers warranty was void! Once completed the benchmark form should be completed. Boiler Commissioning Checklist: Cleansing the system Once the heating system has been...

I use truff saw blades after seeing the recommended on this site. Not a heavy user and think I’ve only ordered 5 over a few years. Had a fairly new one break a week back, email to Ian, returned for a re-weld and surprised to find a new blade with the re-welded one “just incase I had problems”...

    Old Parquet Floor

We had some of the same flooring in work than needed a patch taken up, when they put it back down it was quite gappy as yours sounds. Not sure what they used but they went over it with a filler as you would use grout on titles, then sealed it. It’s been down a few year so far and no issues...
