A inverter type welder is the way to go if you want a stick welder BUT better then that a MIG is superior especially if you have never welded Graham

When I worked at a caravan company we made trays with about 3ins sides then at the ends put uprights and a Handel across to Cary tools screws etc we also wrapped the tray in off cuts of carpet so not to damage anything Graham
