    Hi all has anyone fitter a sliding opening roof so you get the best of any good weather the other thing I thought of is could you use a electric powered roller shutter as a roof would it be warmer proof horizontal?     A inverter type welder is the way to go if you want a stick welder BUT better then that a MIG is superior especially if you have never welded Graham

    I hope you under stand this idea turn the drill bed 90% then bolt the vice to the bed with the jaws vertical put the metal in the vice so the drill goes though it as I Said it’s only a idea of mine or drill it in a lathe 😁 Graham

    Just watch what you buy there flat cut spokeshaves and round bottom spokeshaves I think you will need a round bottom one screwfix sell both types

    When I worked at a caravan company we made trays with about 3ins sides then at the ends put uprights and a Handel across to Cary tools screws etc we also wrapped the tray in off cuts of carpet so not to damage anything Graham
