You can see on the 5th photo how much ive raised the door. Apparently it has always being a problem even before they got a new floor. I think it it is a standard 3 point locking system, to be honest i didnt think about looking at the top and bottom, never had to water about with a door before...

Update, i sanded the end of the blade and inside the clamps and it worked fine for the 10 minutes I had to play around, I dont know what else I did differently so touch wood it carries on been ok, thanks for all the advise guys

What is the bench drill like? Will it be any good, compared other cheap ones?

Not tried it with anpther blade, ill have to have a play tomorrow night, off to play football now, its annyoing its always done it say once an hour but it was every 10 second the other night so it was really annoying
