Do you know if there is a joinery shop local to you? Most of the one off jobs I have to do from walk ins is matching a piece of coving or making round ends like in your photo. I don't think my boss charges a fortune for it otherwise no body would bother using us.
Kapex 60 has just as good extraction as it's bigger brother and a lot cheaper. I use a 1.5m length of 36mm diameter hose on my kapex120 and it gets about 90% of the dust if you're doing square cuts
Unwise move by the scaffolding contractor. The client can claim harassment and/or threatening behaviour. If the police did show up then they would just tell him to remove scaffolding and leave the premises. Far better to go to small claims or get a debt collection service.
That looks like a piece of rubber wood. They used to burn the trees when they stopped producing latex but now it get used for all sorts. My oak engineered flooring has it as a backer and the grain and colour is identical
That looks like a piece of Douglas Fir and Sapele.You'll be fine glueing them together and as long as they have similar moisture content they'll stay straight.
They're no danger unless you disturb them ,ie drill or cut. It's blue and brown asbestos that's the nasty one. For ease of mind those sheets have less white asbestos than the floor tiles that plenty of school , sports centers and hospital corridors had back in the 70s and 80s.
Are they inset or overlay doors? If inset can you cut a back angle to give clearance on opposite side to hanging side then can have as small a gap as you want
