Saw blade size for startrite 1250ta

I am fortunate thanks to the very kind forum member Wuffles, the proud owner of a startrite 1250 table saw. I have had it for a couple of months and it is a superb bit of kit

It currently has a 250mm saw in it and says on it, minimum blade size 185mm.

Does anyone know the maximum size. Looking inside, it looks like it can take a bigger blade, ie there is room to adjust the riving knife and it will not catch anything when rotating, but I am unsure whether I am missing anything else obvious.

Think it had a 12" blade in there Nick, let me go and sift through the devastation in the workshop and find the original one.

Thanks for looking, just got 3inch timber to rip and the current blade doesn't quite make it

If it fits, it fits is my approach. Just verify it doesn't crash with anything at maximum and minimum blade projection and at maximum tilt. That's rotating the bkade by hand with the power disconnected.
