Rats

Does anyone know what this is? I full expect Jonzjob to tell me its a rodent of some kind but I would like to know what kind please. Its tail is quite furry and white as you can see.Seems too pretty to be a wild one. It is very dead.

As usual, our master catcher left this one for our delectation whilst he went off in search of less interesting prey.

We thought that was a possibility but Google pics shows a different head shape - this is definitely ratlike. maybe there are different varieties.

Spot on thanks. My wife will be pleased to know. Sweet little thing but the cat has no discrimination. If its got four legs and a tail - its meat.
