Poplar / Tulipwood suppliers near Swindon

Hi all,

I've been using Timbersource until recently to deliver sawn boards of polar/tulipwood for cabinet face frames and panel doors, but the last couple of times the quality has been quite poor, and for other species seems to be a bit overpriced.

Can anyone recommend a supplier in the North Wiltshire / South Gloucestershire area?

Try Timbmet and Lathams. They have depots throughout country. I have had two deliveries of boards from Lathams, mainly 38mm thickness from 3m to 5.4m in length, 180mm + in width, one at 520mm. Each delivery was about 18 boards and all were excellent. Minimum order for delivery is £500.
