Hi, using the hyperkitten dating flow chart, one of the questions is" does the plane have " a raised, broad, flat rib casting". Can someone post a picture of a plane with this feature please?

Well, these are found on the toe and the heel of the plane.
Hyperkitten actually says:

Types 15-19

Do the toe and heel have a raised, broad, flat rib casting?


Sometimes hyperkitten can be a bit confusing, but it is easy when you get the hang of it.
A more visual type study for Stanley planes is this one:

Remember that these type studies only apply to USA made Stanley planes - not to those made elsewhere.
