Hey,

Met a pair of chaps the other week who were part of the norfolk turners association. they invited me along to one of their meetings, of which i can't attend until i have left school.

I was just wondering of any of you guys are part of this association, and can give me some information about what happens there and what days they are on?

Thanks

Rog, clubs are normally a place to share ideas, get help with your turning and watch the odd demonstration. Clubs differ in what they offer. Our for example has more lathes than you can shake a stick at and lots more resources on top. Another club I visited had limited resources and was more of a social group. Your best to go along one night and see what it's all about. If you already know some people there then you're over the first hurdle. Hopefully they can show you the ropes.
