Hello everyone.
I'm posting a micro shop tour of my 12 m2 workshop 100% built by me from foundation to the last jig.

That is massive, I am truly jealous. My workshop is 4.3m2.....

I like how your CNC folds down from the wall (by the looks of it).

I don't have room for a full size router table (obviously!) so I just made the top for one and put it on saw-horses for use. The advantage is that, like with your CNC, it can be stored flat up against the wall when not in use.

You should be proud and very pleased with what you have done there.
Most people just haven’t got the nuts stamina, and the capacity to even start that sort of project.

Thanks for sharing Skottex. Very timely for me as I am waiting the Council approval to build mine exactly the same size!
What kind of woodworking projects you had in mind when you set your workshop up?

Hello, I'm doing the classic small accessories (cutting boards, wall clocks...) and some medium projects (coffee tables, side tables, wall decorations). My max cutting length, with the table saw, is ~1.2m, also the planer beds are short and more than that I start to notice a light bow of ~1mm in the edge jointing.

Hello, Yes it is the Bandsaw from Paoson Woodworking. The project is well made and it have both the options to do it by hand or to CNC it, which is what I will do now to finish it. I just swapped the pulleys from the wood ones to metal ones.

Fold down is a good idea. I have a very small workshop at about 10ft by 8ft with a lot of windows so not much wall space and hadn’t considered fold down so that’s on the list now. Maybe for a small welding table.
