Impressed with Yandles

Just ordered a drum sander from Yandles in their sale and the following day after id ordered they had a 12 hour 5% discount on all machinery.

So I emailed them and said i wish id known about the 5% discount and would have waited a day before ordering.
They said no problem we will give you the discount and refund you the difference...So they sent £34.00 back..

Great service, they didnt have to..

How things change, was told by Yandles it would be delivered today. So I took the day of work unpaid, £200 loss.
Got to 4pm and no sign of the delivery.
I tried to do a track my parcel with the delivery company but Yandles had not sent the correct bar code tracking.
So I emailed Yandles and asked for 16 digit barcode they told me it was getting delivered directly from Charnwood and they would get back to me....They never did..I emailed Yandles at 5.30 again asking if it was getting delivered and got an automated message saying they were closed until Tuesday now....
