I have several HTC 2000 which I bought many years ago before I knew of this forum :roll:
They are alright (ish) but on heavy machinery when you press the lever all the weight is on one 'cam' and therefore likely to fail over time.
So to reduce the strain on one cam, I gang them together like so
I also added a length of tube so I can operate the cams by hand or foot
The cams were drilled and tapped for M5 bolts and the bar is just some scrap ally.
20 minutes work = Easy peasy lemon squeesy
