Honing with a Tormek -Help needed

I recently took advantage of Rutlands` summer sale and bought the Tormek woodturning accessory kit. Included in the kit is the profiled honing wheel set (LA 120).
My problem is, I can`t figure out how to attach it to the machine. I think there must be some kind of extension piece to attach it to the machine`s spindle, but nothing like that was included in the kit -just the wheels.
None of the Tormek literature, nor a trawl of the internet have shed any light. Tormek haven`t replied to my email and I can`t access their forum for help as I haven`t been "approved"(!) yet.
I`ll have to contact Rutlands, but first I`d like to be able to explain exactly what it is I`m looking for.
Please, can anyone describe how it goes together, or post a pic?

There should be an extension shaft.
