I use the thicknesser 99.999% of the time.
I'm not doing super fine work, mostly skimming off the rough and reducing the thickness prior to drilling and sanding.
Most boards have a bit of a bow to them and I've often thought to extend the bed to get a better result.
The bed looks like it's designed to accept an extension. Did they ever produce one?
Has anyone ever found the need to make one?
