Just having had a clear out of some empty home brew bottles in the bottom of the larder, I've come across one that's full and has been quietly maturing for at least 5 years...

Into serious wine making then Rob? Red or white?

I used to be into wine and beer making in a serious sort of way, but not any more. Having readily accessible drink in the larder is too much of a temptation, hence the clear out. It's all too easy to tip far too much down your gullet if you've got an almost unlimited supply on tap - Rob
