Anyone have any thoughts on this model over the Jet jss 16 scroll saw

I would go for the Jet as you can use pinless blades straight out of the box, and replacement blade clamps from Axminster if you need them are cheap.

The Clarke saw looks as if Axminster blade clamps will be able to be fitted to it to use pinless blades but I would not swear on it.

Suppose it comes down to price but with Axi you also get a three year guarantee and Jet is a respected name in machine tools so it will sell on easier than the Clarke when you upgrade.
