I'm wondering if you might be able to help me please ?
I'm tying to track down pictures of the head on an Atkinson Brothers, ebony, framed brace, with unusual hollow brass handle.
There is reference on page 148 in Reg Eatons book The Ultimate Brace. The example pictured by Reg is attributed to the Ivan Risley Collection who may no longer be with us.
I have just acquired an example of this type which unfortunately is missing the original head. I'm attempting to faithfully replace it but need to find a picture of the screw cap and head to get it right.
Might you have seen or heard of one?
