Just finishing off the last of the christmas booze:
Angostura bitters (might keep it for cocktails?).
Various bottles of Aldi beer which I wouldn't remark on except they are quite tasty. Looking closely at the labels I see they seem to be from real micro breweries; "All 4 One, Hogs Back" , "Red Rye IPA Twickenham". Or is it all from a factory in Dagenham? I should have looked more closely at the other bottles!
Some *&cker has left us a bottle of home-made gooseberry wine which I'll have to drink - I don't suppose it'll keep.

I enjoyed their weissbier over christmas, it's really good and cheap.

I like angostura bitters in a cocktail. A gin sour with a dash of bitters is great.

I always try and avoid German beer. Not sure what they put in it but Becks gives me a headache. Peroni is good or Cobra if I'm in an Indian. :D

Nothing but sanctioned ingredients in German beer - google Reinheitsgebot.

The headache comes from having so many of them ;-)

[Edited for rubbish German spelling]

It only takes one bottle of Becks, I can drink several bottles of almost anything else.
