I agree! If you had to post the cutters away or have to travel out of your way then it can get expensive.

Most of our customers are local and so pass our door everyday, so its not a problem to pop them in on their way past.

Kitchen fitters do price cutters into their quotes, but why waste cutters if you can re-use them?
 
What I meant was, Versofix replacement cutters cost about a fiver plus VAT in quantity, so it wouldn't take much of a detour to make the quid 'saved' not worth it.

I've got nothing against resharpening!
 
That is the other option!

Use the replacement tip cutters.

These work well especially if you are on site or cant get to a saw doctor to get your blades sharpened.

And like you say, you can buy the replacement tips in quantity for less then a single cutter, the only problem we have found with them is the tips breaking if the user hits a fault in the work, as they aren't quite as strong as the full body cutter.
