1x Pristina in burr elm
1x Sierra in burr elm
1x blue sierra - spirit stained, I believe the customer was giving it as a gift to a Glasgow Rangers supporter!!

All finished with sanding sealer and a couple of coats of spray acrylic lacquer.

I like the top one, looks to be good fit.finish,

But there is something not quite right with the Sierra's, i think its the curve meeting the straight - Parallel sides might have suited more. ( just my opinion )

Loz,

The shape is determined by the fact that is the one that sells the most.
Thin / straight pens just don't sell here for some reason.

Should also say, all 3 were commissioned by the same customer as gifts & turned to the shapes he wanted. All sold to one very happy customer.

I never was any good at pens but love seeing what others turn out .I like those and you have a good finish on them ,I have a couple that Stevebuck made from bog oak a few years ago ,they have pride of place .

Like em steven as i said Before a real good finish shape defines customers .
customers= sales and if they sell doesn't matter what shape they are personal preferences keep em coming matey well done. =D>
Regards
Bill
