Thanks for both them reply's Andy and Moz. I suppose I suspected but didn't realise the enormity of planeing your own timber to consistent sizes. I sort of hoped that buying a bandsaw might cut out 95 % of the work. I think i'll just buy pre-planed timber then. Thanks again.
