Thought I would share this with the world:
I had a problem with my new Zyxel media server (NSA325). It lost a folder – not just any old folder but my data folder with tons of stuff in it. Nothing I could do would fix it. I considered re-installing the software but that threw up a big red message telling me that if I continue all data on the disk would be destroyed…!
So I contacted their support people half expecting to wait days or even weeks for a response but they rang me back, logged onto my computer using teamviewer and fixed the problem for me in a few minutes.
Nice to find such service these days
