1/2" drive, decently made, but no markings. It was with a pair of pigtails I bought and the guy who sold it to me is a retired mechanic - he has no idea either. It's deep enough to take a plug of some description, but there's no padding or anything inside it. It is round on the inside, it's not hexagonal.
 
It's a breaker bar head to go with a car jack. You get one handle for both. Bad design though, they are not up to the job.

Probably because they never really caught on and a professional would never use one. I am not sure if it was a commercial item or came with a cars tool kit but very rare to see them I expect because they break the first time you try to use it lol.
