Xcalibur HELP - Philly?

i got my new toy today spent four hours putting it all together tables flat ect came to the wires brown = live blue =neutral green+yellow =earth . wires on the motor two reds +scew for the earth .will it matter what way round the brown and blue go . the motor only runs if i keep the switch pressed ,i tried turning the wires round but its still the same. i think i have got a faulty switch but am not sure . dam i got the sliding table so smooth and the mitre gauge no slop at all . sorry yes i got the 805 xcalibur it took two to lift it in the back of the car and i had to carry it in a piece at a time god im not as young as i used to be .
