Wrights Carpentry aka Cutwrights

I have just come back from a visit to Cutwrights to get a quote for panels. I was curious so visited instead of just using the web site.

I was very impressed. They are very customer and trade friendly and very good at making suggestions. Cutwrights have now added a showroom in which to view panel textures, colours and veneers. Perhaps more importantly for me they will also make up Shaker Style doors to spec and can also paint with a primer coat. They are unable at present to produce a finish coat. Prices seem OK and its doubtful if I could make them myself for less cost.

The future will include the ability to send an order by email and to attach the CAD file to go straight to their production machines. Wow...the idea of sending a .dxf of some designs for them to work on.

I am awaiting the quote but a very worthwhile company to deal with.

Excellent company run by two brothers. I'm local to them and have used them loads of times.

Only one problem in their offices and that's Alan the miserable Yorkshire man in accounts , he could do with going on a customer services training course lol.

They also supply frame and panel doors and can drill shelf pin holes for you.
