I bought a 5m x 3m Cabin last year for use as a workshop. Eight months later and the door is very difficult to open. Checking the door with a square it's clearly wracked, dropping down at the lock side. At 1 metre wide it was one of my concerns when I ordered it but assumed the manufacturer Lugarde new what they were doing. It's under some kind of warranty and the supplier will be sending someone out to look at it shortly. I'm rather concerned what they're going to do though, planing the bottom corner of the door is clearly not the answer. I'm also wondering if long term the door will need some kind of adjustable steel "stay" to stop it wracking any further. Any ideas?

If it is one of the cabins that slots together you can take the trim off the inside of the door frame and pack the frame square in the opening.... Don't fix the frame to the walls as it is designed to move and settle......

Yes, it is one of the slot together ones. I'm hoping they don't twist the frame to match the door but I suppose that's one (poor) way of doing it! :?

Update: it was late when I checked last night but I've now put a larger square on the door and frame. The door is wracked a little, but not as much as the frame!
