Hi all

Further to my Pro's and Con's Needed thread, I never got round to getting the table saw and bandsaw I talked about as fate decided I should have a spell in the local hospital.
That aside I decided to do a bit more searching and found what I consider to be a winner for my cash when I'm up and about again.

Try looking at www.charnwood.net for the W615 and the W720.
I've never dealt with this company before but the tools look good to me.

Anyone with any thoughts on the subject I'd be glad to hear them.

I have not bought tools from them but their clear dust hose is very good.
I have 5 metres that I move between the planer/thicknesser and the table saw, the shavings from the thicknesser are the best to watch :D :!:

I thing I did notice the W720 spec says :

Blade widths 6mm-15mm (1/4"-5/8")

and then they list a 3/4" blade :?:

Hi DaveL

I got their catalogue and it differs from the site in blade width. In there it states the widths are from 6 to 19 mm.

Hi
Have looked over the site. The stuff looks quite reasonable, free delivery 24month warranty.

Looks promising :)
