The collet and collet nut seem to have had it on my workzone router.

Does anyone know of any other brand that fits? Preferably one which has the groove so the collect gets extracted as the nut is loosened as the original doesn't and regularly gets stuck.

It's a 1/4" router.

Thanks in advance.

Suggest you Contact the number on this link, _
It's an Einhell, Workzone, Aldi tool and they have parts http://www.einhelltools.co.uk/cmspage.php?page_id=74for tools not covered in the original paperwork with the tool,
I read.

Thanks, unfortunately no luck. Part not listed (nor is anything for router actually) and an email has yet to be answered.

A Google throws up very little information. I think I'll have to take mine round a few stores and compare.

@Monkey Mark:

My Router is not Einhell/Workzone but I wouldn't be at all surprised if the collet on mine is the same as yours - worth a try anyway?

A few pages back in this GW section I posted a similar request to yours, here's the link:

router-collets-help-wanted-again-please-t88377.html

If you look on pages 2 & 3 of that thread you'll see that several kind members here put me on to a possible source of a collet for my Router. Mine is coming to me via UK and hasn't arrived with me yet, but it could well be that the source in my thread above could help you - a lot of these "no name" tools come from the same source in China I think, and although Einhell is not exactly a no name source I've visited their factory in Germany and a lot of their stuff (not all) is not far off! They don't make much themselves anyway, but they do a lot of badge engineering. So perhaps the source in the above thread is worth a try for you?

HTH, good luck

The router itself looks completely different but the collet does look the same.

On a previous post I said I couldn't see any routers at all, I was obviously wrong. I was viewing using an android device. Now on my laptop I can see a lot more menus that were hidden from view before.

I can see one of the other routers on there that looks very similar to mine. They have the collets, but no collet nuts. Though, if possible, id prefer to find one that "clicks" in to the collet nut so it does not stick all the time. Finding this though does help me on my way, thanks.

It would appear that my collet and nut is different from yours. I hope yours works well for you. Thanks for your input though. :D
