In a fit of enthusiasm last year, after hearing people raving about the benefits of a router table vs woodrat I decided to build one. I used it only twice, and it is now consigned under the workbench. Unfortunately I completely wasted my time - however it was an interesting project in itself to build - especially all those compound angles.

It's slightly unusual in that it is compaitble with the Woodrat insert.

Anyway....

I'm storing it for a rainy day - perhaps one day I will find a use for it, and then it'll be all worth while. I have a spare piece of the kitchen work surface I used so I can use a normal router in it with a small amount of effort. Anyway, it definately confirmed my suspicions that the woodrat can replicate all the tasks in the router table.
