has anybody used old picadore wobble saw washers,bought some yesterday and wondered if they work with a normal 30mm bore saw blade

Picador! I had the same with my first bit of kit some 50 years ago!
Yes they work (up to a point) but are highly deprecated on safety grounds (I'm not entirely sure why). Better with a purpose made wobble saw unit, which unfortunately will be vastly more expensive.

thanks jacob ive got a 6" stacked dado set but my wadkin or dewalt cross cut wont fit cause harber is to narrow so just looking for a solution ie new saw
or extend harbour some how
