Which glue for cabin bed

Can anyone advise whats the best glue for the ladder on this cabin bed im making?

Its pine and the ladder is m&t jointed.

Hi Kev,

Cant really recommend a glue although i have always used evo-stick or pva from wurth with no probs. Others on here may have more experience and advice, but........... I would love to see any piccies you can share as i have been tasked with making two cabin beds in early Feb by swmbo :D

I always use white PVA glue on pine for indoor furniture. I made a set of bunk beds recently and glued the ladders together with it it was fine. HTH. :wink: I should also like to see some pics when your done.
 
Thanks for those replies everyone.

I am photographing each stage and will be posting it soon.

Its going to be m&t jointed with 2 fully assembled end frames which will be joined together with long stretchers mortised into each frame and held together with a special type of bed bolt (cant think of the name but they are a half round shape and fit into 36mm holes drilled in the stretchers.
