Where is the best place to get dip pen kits?

Afternoon all,

I'd like to make some dip pens for a craft fair as a novelty and I can't find the kits that I found once when I wasn't looking for them. Can anyone help please?

Do you turn these between centres (spur and revolving centre) or do you use a pen mandrel?
