Where is he now?

Many years ago I did a woodturning course with Oliver Plant down in Honiton. He showed me how to do it from scratch, and I'm still turning all the stuff he taught me.

Oliver produced a little book with his projects in that I still have, though it's probably out of print.

Does anyone know him? Is he still about? Is he still turning?

As I recall he used to do demos for Axminster some years ago.

Have never met him but a quick google search throws up the Register Of Professional Turners website

That's him. He seems to be a RPT assessor, but moved on from Honniton.
