What's this tool called?

In the video below the guy uses an angle gauge thing for duplicating the angle which he uses with the table saw.

Starts using it at the about the 55 second Mark. Looks like it would be handy. Tried eBay but don't know what to search for.

Dead easy to make your own from two piece of wood and a hinge.

Copy him by getting yourself taper jig by all means, but don't copy the way he uses his table saw without a guard.

That reminds me I need to look for a new guard. Mine is a bad design and often catches.
