Hi, need some guidance on providing recommendations?.
ie if we get good service or want to advise other members of a useful contact or supplier,
a) Can we?
b) are links to websites allowed?
c) what about email addresses and other contact details?

this is purely from the customer or third party point of view, I read the rules on commercial links, websites etc, but not sure what the protocol is in this case?

Any advice much appreciated.

Regards
Steve,

Steve,

a. yes
b. yes
c. if the contact details are not on the website/in the public domain, then it would probably be better to advise by PM.

Providing the suppliers are relevant to what we do or might do, then it benefits everybody.

Hi
Thanks for the feedback, it's for a one man band but very experienced power tool repairer in SE London / N.Kent...
I'll set up a new thread though..

...Fed up with power tool shops simply saying 'We send it off to some central repairers' or 'that's knackered buy this'

Regards
Steve,
