What type of screw is this please?

I've just painted a load of doors and thought it best to remove the door handles.

I have of course mislaid a lot of the screws!

Can someone tell me what the name of this type of screw is please?

Agree 100% with Trevanion, but it MAY be also helpful to know that in some circles anyway, these screws are also know as "instrument head screws" (I THINK because one of their original uses was screwing instruments into panels, dashboards on to cars, etc)
