Hi all

my in-laws small (20ft tall) oak tree has sadly fallen down in their back garden and i'm keen to use as much of it as i can. I know it'll take a good few years to dry out but what do you suggest i do with it to get the best results?

Cheers, Yorkie

Good question. I haven't actually measured it but probably around 40-50cm. It grew at an angle of about 60-70 degrees I'm guessing. The branches were also all over the place

Creating boards would be great but not sure if it can be done.

I'll try and post some pictures when I can and dimensions. Any parts suitable for turning I would be happy to give to those that want it.
