What paint for pressure treated timber?

Hi all, need some advice.

I've been asked to replace the gate where I work, it's a softwood 5 bar gate and I can source one easily at the local ag merchant. The trouble is they want it white, and the current one was painted with Leyland paint from the local Travis Perkins. Didn't last very well.

What would people recommend for treated wood outdoors?

It can be painted like other wood but let it weather a bit first. Some treated wood can come still wet from the treatment process. A few months should do it. Then clean, prime and paint.
