Anyone know what data it is mandatory to be logged ? I recently had my Amex card invalidated. Amex cannot or will not give a reason as to why that happened.
Neither can they give me a reason as to why that information was not available to their customer agents on the countless times I rang them up trying to find out why attempts at using the card failed.
I do have a replacement card but the hassle.....
