Tes. It needs to be perfectly clear that their actions are likely to have fatal (to them) consequences if they undertake their piratical actions. What is annoying is that the pirate scum that have been captured by the British and German navies have been given supplies and let go to carry on their activities with only a short term inconvenience of a ride home on a navy vessel!

Yep! and the stated reason is, this will water Jacob off! that if they are tried here they might just claim asylum and the ECHR would not allow us to deport them, and still the Glib Dems insist that there is nothing wrong with the system!
Any system the enables people to avoid the responsibility for their actions is WRONG!
